Refund Policy Spring ’24

• Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email by Tuesday, Feb 13th, 2024
    to be eligible for a full refund.
  • A $35 administration fee will be deducted from refund requests emailed
    on or after Wednesday, Feb. 14th – 28th.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after February 28th. The only exception is if a player has a legitimate injury that prevents them from playing for most of the season,
    in which case they must have SEV Baseball Board approval.
